What Is a PLUME™ Scent Study?

A PLUME™ Scent Study is an independently developed fragrance interpretation created to explore the general scent character and atmosphere of a well-known perfume, cologne, or home fragrance. Each Scent Study is an original fragrance composition developed by PLUME™ for comparative reference and creative inspiration.

PLUME™ Scent Studies are not manufactured by, licensed by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the original fragrance house, designer, or trademark owner.

Use of Trademarks

Any references to brand names, designer names, product names, or trademarks are made solely for identification and comparison purposes.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, product names, and copyrights referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their use by PLUME™ does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, approval, or authorization.

Independent Creative Works

Every PLUME™ Scent Study is an independently developed fragrance composition. While a Scent Study may evoke the character of a well-known fragrance, it should not be interpreted as being produced by, affiliated with, or identical to the original fragrance.

All PLUME™ fragrance names, original fragrance compositions, product descriptions, photography, graphics, fragrance sheets, educational materials, collection concepts, website content, and other creative works are the exclusive intellectual property of PLUME™ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of PLUME™.

Nothing contained on this website shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark, copyright, trade dress, or other intellectual property owned by PLUME™ or any third party except as expressly stated herein.

Product Information

PLUME™ fragrance oils are concentrated fragrance materials intended for use by candle makers, soap makers, personal care formulators, home fragrance manufacturers, and other artisans in accordance with applicable safety guidelines and IFRA usage recommendations.

PLUME™ fragrance oils are not finished perfumes or colognes and are not intended for direct skin application unless specifically formulated, tested, and labeled for that purpose. They are not intended for human consumption.

Certain PLUME™ fragrance oils may incorporate natural essential oils as part of their fragrance composition. Because every formulation is unique, the presence and proportion of essential oils may vary by fragrance.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS), IFRA Certificate, and all recommended usage guidelines before incorporating any fragrance into a finished product.
